FAQ

Where is my progress saved?

On your iPhone, and in your own iCloud account if you use iCloud. The game has no account and no login, and we do not keep your progress on a server. Your progress includes your CRYSTALS, weapons, gear and supplies. On a new iPhone, or after you delete and reinstall the game, sign in with the same Apple ID and your progress comes back from iCloud. Without iCloud, deleting the game deletes your progress, including CRYSTALS you bought.

Does the game save during a cycle?

Yes. The map, DATA, CRYSTALS, junctions you switched on and logs you found are saved as you play. If the game closes during a cycle, you start again from CRADLE-09 the next time you open it. Run modules from that cycle are lost.

What carries over after ECHO-7 falls?

CRADLE-09 prints a new body. These carry over:

• the map: every place ECHO-7 has explored
• DATA, research and CRYSTALS
• weapons, gear, and supplies you did not use
• junctions and relays you switched on, and hidden walls you opened
• logs you found and codex entries

You lose the run modules from that cycle and the supplies you used.

How do I use a supply or swap weapons?

In the field, tap a supply button or the weapon button. The KIT opens and the game pauses. Tap USE on a supply, or SWAP to change weapons. Nothing is used or swapped until you tap. To carry two weapons, unlock a second one in the ARMORY. Defeating THE LISTENER for the first time also unlocks the SCATTER.

What does the PROXIMITY MINE do?

It is planted at ECHO-7's feet and arms after one second. When an ITHRA comes close, it goes off and hurts every ITHRA nearby. It never hurts ECHO-7.

Can I open the ARMORY during a cycle?

Yes. Open the KIT and tap ARMORY, or pause and tap ARMORY. The game stays paused while the ARMORY is open. Weapons and gear you unlock, upgrade or install work as soon as you go back to the field. Supplies you buy go straight into this cycle's bag while it has room.

What are DATA and CRYSTALS for?

DATA pays for research in CRADLE-09. You get it from ITHRA and caches. CRYSTALS pay for weapons, gear and supplies in the ARMORY. You get them from:

• strong ITHRA: each kind gives CRYSTALS once a day, and twice as many the first time
• your first clear of a region
• logs you find for the first time
• a daily supply on your first deploy of the day

You can also buy CRYSTALS in the SUPPLY DEPOT.

How do purchases work?

The SUPPLY DEPOT sells packs of 5, 30, 65 and 140 CRYSTALS, and a STARTER PACK of 15 CRYSTALS and 3 repair kits that you can buy once. To open it, tap your CRYSTAL count at the top of CRADLE-09, in the KIT or in the ARMORY. Apple handles the payment. We never see your card or Apple Account details. RevenueCat checks each purchase with a random buyer ID. See our privacy policy for details.

Is there a Restore Purchases button?

No. Every product is used up when you spend it, so there is nothing for Apple to restore. Your CRYSTAL balance is part of your progress, kept on your iPhone and in your iCloud (see the first answer).

I paid, but the CRYSTALS did not arrive.

Check that you are online and signed in with the same Apple Account you paid with. Then close the game fully and open it again. The game checks for unfinished purchases when it opens. If a parent has to approve the purchase (Ask to Buy), the CRYSTALS arrive after it is approved. If they still do not arrive, email us with the date of the purchase. Please do not send card details.

How do I get a refund?

Apple handles refunds. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple Account.

Does the game track me?

No. It does not track you. It only notes how far you have got, without knowing who you are. See our privacy policy for details.

Can I play in portrait?

No. The game runs in landscape only. To move the joystick to the other side, go to SETTINGS > CONTROLS > JOYSTICK.

Do I need an internet connection?

No. You only need a connection to make a purchase.

How do I change the language?

The game follows your iPhone's language: English, Korean, Japanese or Traditional Chinese. To change it, go to SETTINGS > LANGUAGE.

How do I start over?

Go to SETTINGS > SAVE DATA > ERASE PROGRESS. This erases the map, DATA, research, logs, codex entries and cycles, and ECHO-7 starts again in WAKE BASIN. Your CRYSTALS, weapons, gear and supplies stay, including CRYSTALS you bought. Your settings stay too. This cannot be undone.

자주 묻는 질문

진행 기록은 어디에 저장되나요?

iPhone에 저장되고, iCloud를 쓰고 있다면 내 iCloud 계정에도 저장돼요. 계정도 로그인도 없고, 진행 기록을 서버에 보관하지 않아요. 크리스탈, 무기, 장비, 보급품도 진행 기록에 들어가요. 새 iPhone에서나 게임을 지웠다가 다시 설치해도, 같은 Apple ID로 로그인하면 iCloud에서 진행 기록을 다시 불러와요. iCloud를 쓰지 않으면 게임을 지울 때 진행 기록도 지워져요. 구매한 크리스탈도 마찬가지예요.

회차 중간에도 저장되나요?

네. 지도, 데이터, 크리스탈, 켜 둔 전력 장치, 찾은 기록은 플레이하는 동안 저장돼요. 회차 중에 게임이 꺼지면 다음에 켤 때 CRADLE-09에서 다시 시작해요. 그 회차에 고른 강화 모듈은 사라져요.

보급품은 어떻게 쓰고, 무기는 어떻게 바꾸나요?

필드에서 보급품 단추나 무기 단추를 누르면 「무기·가방」 창이 열려요. 창이 열린 동안에는 게임이 멈춰요. 보급품은 「사용」, 무기는 「교체」를 누르세요. 누르기 전에는 아무것도 쓰거나 바꾸지 않아요. 무기 두 개를 들고 바꿔 쓰려면 무기고에서 무기를 하나 더 구매하세요. 리스너를 처음 쓰러뜨리면 산탄총은 크리스탈 없이 열려요.

지뢰는 어떻게 쓰나요?

지뢰는 ECHO-7 발밑에 설치돼요. 설치하고 1초 뒤부터 작동해요. 이스라가 가까이 오면 터져서 주변 이스라에게 큰 피해를 줘요. ECHO-7은 다치지 않아요.

회차 중에 무기고를 열 수 있나요?

네. 「무기·가방」 창이나 일시 정지 메뉴에서 「무기고」를 누르세요. 무기고가 열려 있는 동안에는 게임이 멈춰요. 잠금 해제하거나 강화하거나 설치한 무기와 장비는 필드로 돌아가면 바로 쓸 수 있어요. 지금 구매한 보급품은 가방에 자리가 있으면 이번 출격 가방에 바로 들어가요.

데이터와 크리스탈은 어디에 쓰나요?

데이터는 CRADLE-09에서 연구할 때 써요. 이스라를 잡거나 상자를 열면 모여요. 크리스탈은 무기고에서 무기·장비·보급품을 구매할 때 써요. 아래에서 얻어요.

• 강한 이스라: 종류마다 하루에 한 번 크리스탈을 줘요. 처음 잡을 때는 두 배예요.
• 지역 첫 돌파
• 처음 찾은 기록
• 하루 보급: 그날 첫 출격 때 받아요.

보급창에서 크리스탈을 구매할 수도 있어요.

구매는 어떻게 하나요?

보급창에서는 크리스탈 5개, 30개, 65개, 140개 묶음과 스타터 팩을 팔아요. 스타터 팩은 크리스탈 15개와 응급 수리 키트 3개이고, 한 번만 구매할 수 있어요. 보급창을 열려면 CRADLE-09 위쪽의 크리스탈 숫자를 누르세요. 「무기·가방」 창이나 무기고에 있는 크리스탈 숫자를 눌러도 열려요. 결제는 Apple이 처리해요. 카드 정보와 Apple 계정 정보는 저희에게 오지 않아요. 구매 확인은 RevenueCat이 무작위 구매자 ID로 해요. 자세한 내용은 개인정보 처리방침에 있어요.

구매 복원 단추가 있나요?

없어요. 모든 상품은 쓰면 없어지는 소모품이라 Apple이 복원하지 않아요. 크리스탈 잔액은 진행 기록에 들어 있어서 iPhone과 iCloud에 저장돼요. 맨 위 질문을 보세요.

결제했는데 크리스탈이 들어오지 않았어요.

인터넷에 연결되어 있는지, 결제한 Apple 계정으로 로그인했는지 확인해 주세요. 그다음 게임을 완전히 껐다가 다시 켜 주세요. 게임은 켜질 때 끝나지 않은 구매를 다시 확인해요. 보호자 승인이 필요한 계정(구입 요청)이면 승인된 뒤에 크리스탈이 들어와요. 그래도 들어오지 않으면 구매한 날짜를 적어 이메일로 보내 주세요. 카드 정보는 보내지 마세요.

환불은 어떻게 받나요?

환불은 Apple이 처리해요. reportaproblem.apple.com에 Apple 계정으로 로그인해서 신청하세요.

플레이어를 추적하나요?

아니요. 추적하지 않아요. 어디까지 진행했는지는 남기지만 누구인지는 알 수 없어요. 자세한 내용은 개인정보 처리방침에 있어요.

세로 화면으로 할 수 있나요?

아니요. 가로 화면 전용이에요. 조이스틱을 반대쪽으로 옮기려면 설정 › 조작 › 조이스틱에서 바꾸세요.

인터넷이 꼭 있어야 하나요?

아니요. 구매할 때만 연결이 필요해요.

언어는 어떻게 바꾸나요?

처음에는 iPhone 언어를 따라가요. 영어, 한국어, 일본어, 번체 중국어가 있어요. 바꾸려면 설정 › 언어로 가세요.

처음부터 다시 하려면요?

설정 › 저장 데이터 › 진행 상황 초기화를 누르세요. 탐사한 지도, 데이터, 연구, 기록, 도감, 회차가 지워지고 웨이크 분지부터 다시 시작해요. 크리스탈, 무기, 장비, 보급품은 잃지 않아요. 구매한 크리스탈도 그대로 있어요. 설정도 그대로예요. 지운 뒤에는 되돌릴 수 없어요.
